Overview & Reviews
An old nameplate makes a comeback. The 2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser is a new SUV that takes the philosophy of Toyota's old compact but tough off-roader and adapts it to meet the demands of the 21st-century consumer.
- Superior off-road ability, comfortable and supportive front seats, retro styling that captures the spirit of the original.
- Limited visibility fore and aft, rear-seat entry hindered in spite of reverse-opening doors.

Look up Fun to drive... - 2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser
By Josh H - December 4 - 9:56 pmand you will see the FJ Cruiser. Ive had mine for a month and a half now and its is by far one of the best rigs Ive ever owned. I like it more and more with every mile that I place on it. I like the styling and the performance of it. I sized down from a Tahoe and I dont regret it one bit. This truck is more of a truck then my Tahoe ever was. Go take one for a test drive, the only bad thing you find is that you neeed to figure out how you want to pay for it. One drive and youll be hooked.

Awsome FJ - 2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser
By Bill G - November 27 - 3:06 amI have owned a Jeep Wrangler for years, but am amazed at the FJ Cruiser, when I see a hill worthy of climbing I do it with no problems. It is amazing how it climbs, almost like theres a computer telling each wheel when to pull. It tracks perfect and makes what seems impossible a breeze. It has a very cool look. Thinking about adding the TRD exhaust to improve mileage at some point. I installed a chrome exhaust tip making it look cooler.

Best Ever - 2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser
By Best Ever - November 18 - 12:53 amI drive this truck for off road soils testing business. I have had a lot of different 4wd vehicles - the FJ does the best job. Dependable, easy to operate. Goes where I need to go with no problems. I have also taken it on road trips over 650 miles, very comfortable. I burn only regular gas, no problem & get from 19.8 city to 23 mpg hwy. average around 20mpg. I have not found the blind spots to be a problem, even in Dallas multi lane heavy traffic. Mirrors take care of it just fine. This is my favorite vehicle I have ever owned. I am 61, so have owned a lot of autos, so takes a lot to say this is my favorite ever.

I love my FJC. - 2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser
By FJme - November 3 - 11:26 pmThis is my very first brand new vehicle purchase ever - and I am 37 years old. We bought the FJC to take to the Outer Banks of North Carolina, and we are very pleased overall with the truck. The gas mileage has taken some getting used to - its not great but its not horrible, either. We are currently averaging 20MPG. We have a toddler, and we have zero complaints about the backseat, leg room, head room . . . its all good for us. First new car, first ever Toyota - very satisfied customers.

FJ - 2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser
By mjmiller - October 10 - 12:36 pmI like how it drives and handles. There are major flaws in the craftmanship though. The sun visors are so small they have no purpose. The stereo system is lacking. The roof rack is weak and I busted two supports already since theyre made of cheap plastic. The engine is powerful and it is a lot of fun to drive. But the gas mileage stinks.

Absolutely Freakin Cool - 2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser
By Tampa FJ - October 7 - 1:03 pmJust bought the FJ after waiting for what seems like forever. The ride is great, four-wheels like a goat and is cool as hell. I reviewed it against all others and the FJ beats them all! I cant wait for the weekend so I can get out in the woods. I can see out of the FJ fine.

I like my FJ Cruiser a real SUV - 2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser
By ron - October 3 - 6:43 pmIve only had two cars in my 21 years and this is the best so far, Thanks Mom. This is the new innovative SUV that says welcome to the era of creativity. Functional, comfortable, fun, big, rough, tough and right for me. A young up and coming adult with an active life, no kids, no wife just life and trying to reach a few goals along the way by graduating in 2007. This is an SUV that fits my present expectations of an innovative SUV and not a luxury type Range Rover SUV prototype.
